OPA-LP RETORTABLE NYLON FILM
60 GAUGE HEAT RESISTANT BIAXIALLY ORIENTATED NYLON FILM
Phoenix "OPA-LP-5" is a highly heat resistant, retortable biax nylon film. It offers the high temperature resistance usually found only in polyester films. "LP-5" permits the substitution of oriented nylon for the polyester film layer typically used in retort laminations. There is significant flex crack improvement over polyester film in the typical PET/Foil/PP retort lamination. It exhibits the following features:
