CPP - M96
Cast Polypropylene Film-Metallizable
Phoenix "CPP-M96" is a 78 gauge, super then, coextruded cast polypropylene film with a lower heart sealing range. This higher yield film is particularly well suited as a metallizing base film for barrier snack food laminations, controlled atmosphere packaging and hermetic form-fill-seal uses. It provides superior metal adhesion, improved seal strength and excellent sheet flatness. "CPP-M96" offers strong, non-peeling heat seals because the entire film thickness is a sealing medium. It has the following features:
- Broad heat seal range and lower seal activation temperature
- Superior sheet smoothness for improved metal barrier
- Stronger bonds to aluminum layer
- Excellent roll conformation
