Triple Nylon is a special type of multi-layer tubular film with improved heat resistance and oil resistance which can perform all 3 processes of vacuum / boiling / freezing in a single step.
Characteristics of Triple Nylon
The application of nylon-6 resins with gas barrier characteristics has made vacuum packing possible. |
Vacuum packing is maintained throughout the boiling process. |
It has strength never realized in former transparent packing materials. |
It has superb transparency and luster which greatly enhance its product value. |
The film has high elongation as well as tearing strength and is soft to the touch. |
With use of ink for nylons, printing can be done easily. |
